At The Bralette Co., we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and tags remain attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn bralettes in their original packaging with all labels intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Print & Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
